Is there a analytics role that grants users access to analytics but nothing else? We dont want to grant them access to create or edit chatbots, but we want them to have access to login to Copilot Studio and see the analytics tab for bots they are assigned.

Does it require giving a user a Copilot Studio license if all they want is to view the analytics page?

Hi there!

I hope this helps you keep going today! You can go to the admin Power Platform site and make a copy of the copilot user role, name it as copilot reader, then remove the edit permissions as needed.

Yes, they will need a copilot license.

Then assign the role to the user.
