Disable Data Validation Tags by default - export to Excel in model-driven app

Does anyone know how I can automatically have view exports from model-driven apps not include the data validation tags (example below)?
Data Validation Tag Example - Export to Excel

To be clear, this is the Excel file that is downloaded when a user running a model-driven app clicks the "Export to Excel" button from the action bar of any view in the model-driven app. I'm wondering if perhaps there is some table/app/environment setting or even a programmatic method through a Power Automate flow that calls the ExportToExcel via Dataverse API?

On the latter, I found an article discussing the capability here: Dataverse export to Excel with Power Automate

I know my users can manually remove them by opening the downloaded file, but I genuinely have no customers who need these as they almost exclusively leverage these exports for providing to team/customers and ad-hoc analysis.

@Shashank Bhide - This is what users currently do today, but we are looking to mitigate this extra step. None of our users need this validation and the pop-up bugs many of them so looking for a way to turn these off automatically or by default.
