Web Answers: Despite the configuration and prompt instructions, the chatbot still generates answers using web content or external sources. Random Contact Info: When the user requests HES Team contact details, the bot sometimes produces random or hallucinated names and emails, instead of using the actual data from “HES Team Communication.xlsx.” Prompt Ignored: Even with a strict prompt stating that only the specified sources should be used, and web/external sources are forbidden, the bot does not comply.

Can you please share your instructions etc.

I do not know if you have them, but do you have specific instructions that for X types of questions only use these/this knowledge sources?

Also, if its searching then web, then something is still turned on that shouldn't so would need to see your agent configuration to really debug and help you stop it from doing it.
