J’ai créé un flux Power Automate lié à un formulaire Forms. Lorsqu’un participant s’inscrit, il reçoit automatiquement un mail de confirmation — ce qui fonctionne parfaitement. J’aimerais maintenant ajouter à ce flux l’envoi automatique d’une invitation à un événement Outlook, pour que le participant puisse l’ajouter directement à son agenda.
J’ai essayé d’utiliser l’action “Créer un événement (V4)”, mais au lieu d’envoyer l’invitation au participant, le flux crée un nouvel événement dans le calendrier indiqué (ID de calendrier), sans notifier les inscrits. Mon objectif serait qu’il n’y ait qu’un seul événement visible dans le calendrier de la communication, et que chaque nouvel inscrit au Forms reçoive une invitation à cet événement.
Avez-vous une idée de la meilleure méthode pour y parvenir ?

Power Automate: Automatically send an Outlook invitation to Forms registrants
I have created a Power Automate flow linked to a Forms form. When a participant registers, they automatically receive a confirmation email — which works perfectly. I would now like to add to this flow the automatic sending of an Outlook event invitation, so that the participant can add it directly to their calendar.
I tried using the “Create Event (V4)” action, but instead of sending the invitation to the participant, the flow creates a new event in the specified calendar (Calendar ID) without notifying the registrants. My goal would be to have a single event visible in the communications calendar, and for each new Forms registrant to receive an invitation to that event.
Does anyone have suggestions on the best way to achieve this?
