Flow built in developer account deployed in Default account triggering in both environments

Background:

I built a power app and the flows it uses in my developer account and then deployed in my default environment. The app is a visitor management system that sends an Adaptative card and email notification (flow) to users to approve or deny their visitors. The response is the sent back to a different user in teams who is physically granting building access to the visitor.

The app and flows were working fine until I failed to log into to my developer account for some time. When I did to generate account activity the flows required reactivation. After doing so, the flows now send duplicate emails and team notifications to system users, one from the email/user account specificized in the flow that it is to come from, and then several minutes later, another one from my personal users account, which this is my developer account. The flow is obviously triggering from both user accounts based on the inputs in the app deployed in the default tenant account.

Can't figure out how to stop this... Has anyone experienced anything similar when having to create account activity it their developer account? Does anyone have a solution to this? Really trying to avoid rebuilding the flow... perhaps it's an ownership issue with the flow? Any thoughts or help is appreciated.

Looks like you're right Michael. But I still can't figure out why the flow I created is sending a duplicate email. Something bug entered the flow after I was prompted to reactive my developer account. It may also be to do with that the app is deployed in my default tenant. Think I am going to save it as a solution and deploy it from the production tenant I just created and see if that fixes it.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. Appreciate your support.

Did you resolve the issue or do you still need help?

Would have to see what you did. There is no way that a flow in different environments trigger off of completely different things at the same time.

No way. The trigger has to be coming from the same source which is more than possible to have a Trigger point to the same thing in 125 environments and all of them trigger.

Share your Triggers in both environments, for flow runs that are triggering at the same time.
