I’m building a chatbot using Power Virtual Agents for Microsoft Teams. The goal is for other teams to raise support requests via the chatbot. The chatbot should collect user information (full name, department, which team they need help from, and a description of the request), confirm it with the user, then:
I have access to SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, but in Copilot Studio, when I click the plus button on a node, I don’t see the option to “Call an action”. I’m trying to figure out why this is happening and how to correctly route the request to the right team while saving it to SharePoint.
