Starting in August 2025, Power Automate flows with HTTP triggers or Teams Webhook triggers that have logic.azure.com in the URL will move to a new URL. You'll see the new URL in the HTTP URL field of the flow's trigger when you open the flow in the designer. To ensure that existing flows using these triggers continue to work, complete the following actions by November 30, 2025. After this date, the old URLs will no longer work and flows will fail to trigger.

I didn't find this post initially when I was looking for others having this issue.  I ended up posting about the same issue though: https://community.powerplatform.com/forums/thread/details/?threadid=f0e49898-128f-f011-b4cc-000d3a1516b2

I haven't found a workaround, and I also haven't seen an acknowledgment from MS that this a known bug.  It would have been nice if they tested this a bit more before just rolling it out everywhere and giving us less than 90 days to migrate.  Now we're left hoping that they fix the bug within this window, and then subsequently having to migrate everything over within whatever truncated window is left.
