Automate Downloading/Referencing Excel Macros

Hello!

Not sure which is the best forum to post this to so I apologize. I built Macro codes for Excel to streamline some of our processes and I am looking for a way to automate getting the codes onto my co-workers' computers. I have created 5 main macros that need to get shared as buttons - 5 modules with 4 having UserForms and one that uses 2 Class Modules. Currently, I have been manually installing the codes (and uploading buttons into the ribbon area) to their individual machines via an Excel Add-In file and our IT team says that's not efficient (I do not work on the IT team).

Their suggestion was to either go through Power Automate or Power Shell but did not give much guidance from there. I wanted to ask the forum if they have had similar experiences trying to install Add-In files to co-workers' machines if they have a preference over using Power Automate or Power Shell. Happy to share more information if helpful.

Hi,

Thank you for asking your question on the community. If I understand correctly, you want to automate deploying macros to other users. Potentially, you can use Power Automate Desktop, but then you need to distribute the flow to these users first.
