We use Power Automate flows to collect these files into a master Excel file. The master file itself is never corrupted.
When a corrupted file is encountered, the flow fails to open it after ~20 minutes, triggering an email alert.
We identify the failing file using the “SharePoint – Get File” block, which times out.
In SharePoint, the folder shows one more file than is visible, suggesting a hidden or corrupted file.
We locate the original file in FastField using the recovered name, drop it into the folder again, and SharePoint prompts us to replace it—despite it not being visibly present.
After replacing the file, the flow runs successfully.
This process is now required 2–3 times daily, which is far from ideal, especially since these files should not be corrupted in the first place.
Not fully understand your requirement here. Are you trying to solve the time out issue.
