I created an agent and trained it properly in Copilot Studio. Previously, I deployed this agent on WhatsApp, but it didn't work as expected. Now, I'm unable to deploy it as a WhatsApp agent, and the WhatsApp agent is not providing any responses. However, when I deploy it as a web app or Teams app, it works fine. I have also created ACS in Azure, but the WhatsApp agent still isn't working.

Hi @CU20071632-0

I am confused at what your actual state is from a deployment perspective, but almost assuredly its an issue with the ACS configuration because your image shows as if its attempting to use it, which means its probably not WhatsApp directly.

Without seeing all of your ACS and even with that its difficult to debug just JSON visually, I would make sure you have Application Insides turned on so you can log information from ACS so that hopefully it will tell you what is wrong.

You will need (if not already) to configure whatever capture endpoints for ACS you want to use in Azure so you can then review them.

And then in your ACS configure logging.
