    umm why would you post pictures without specifying itsnot what your screen looks like.
     
    and hitting the + sign assumed you already did since you showed a picture of a row /facepalm

    Ohhhh... I made the same mistake 🙈😂
     
    So..
    1. Press "Edit" button
    2. Press "New row"
     
    And You will get this

    I have the same problem.
    It looks like something isn't loading and it's being blocked by the browser (I don't think so) or... somewhere in the user or app or admin settings.. 
    Just.. we don't have nothing where we can fill something.
     
     
    P.S. I tried in Chrome and Edge.. both in InPrivate

    I can not enter text  under ServiceAreaName. the picture is just to show that ENTER TEXT is not visible. My intention is to add some record under ServiceAreaName Itseif
     
    The last screenshot was from the the practice video, I wanted to also add (building as it was in the screenshot) to mine but ENTER TEXT not visible

    So what I see in your picture is that the Row you added or are i the PROCESS of adding still have the purple selector. Which tells me THAT row has not saved yet so you cannot add any more. So it tells me it hasn't saved because maybe you have other Required Fields.
     
    Please add all the columns. Click the +18, just select them all, doesn't matter what you need them really or not.
     
    We need to find the column you also need to fill in.
     
    Once you populate the proper columns, the Purple Selected Line, would save and UNSELECT itself so its not purple, telling you its saved and allowing you to create more

    I  cannot type in the ServiceAreaName because the Enter text column is not showing under the serviceAreaName,even after clicking on the Edit

    Please share more details about what you mean you cannot add a record? Are you trying to add it via an App, or Manually?
     
    If you want to do it manually click edit.
    Then when the Edit screen comes up, click the 18 Chevron and add whatever Columns you need to add to,
     
    If you are doing it via an app, please share the app and explain how you want to add records.
