Hello, can anyone help me please? I want to create on my Power BI an excel export button BUT I do not want the export to save centrally like the option I have found so far. I want the pop up to export the data from a table enabling the user to then save the excel in any destination of there choosing. Saving to a central destination is not suitable for this task. Can anyone please help? Ive already posted this on the Power BI message board with no success.

Excel export button (Help)

You might want to look at the link below.

I suspect you're calling a flow to perform your Excel export and saving to OneDrive/SharePoint, which is what you mean by 'saving centrally'. If you create a button, select Action > Web URL, and point to the URL of your exported Excel file, that might solve the issue for you.
