Create a Solution to Send Simultaneous and Individual Messages to Teams Users

Hello,

I am trying to create a solution using Power Automate to send individual messages to a group of approximately 1,200 people in Microsoft Teams. The goal is for these messages to be sent directly to each person, individually.

Here is what I have tried so far:

  • I created a flow triggered by "When a new message is added to a channel" in Teams.
  • The action I implemented was "Post a card in a chat or channel", targeting individual chats.

However, this approach is returning an error: "Action failed due to an unknown error", and it is not working as expected.

Does anyone have suggestions for an alternative method to achieve this? Ideally, I am looking for a way to send notifications or messages directly to individual users in Teams simultaneously.

    First, why 1200 people? You may exceed the rate limits.
    Second, does it have to be individually?
    Does it have to be a message or can be an email?
