Edit: As of noon today (8/14/2025) I had a flow run successfully with an office script getting called. I tried running that flow two more times and both were successful.

I have a couple flows that run daily and this morning the flow failed because the action to run a script in Excel Online got the error that it was unable to access DSApi. It gave a status code of 403 and a storage error code of 8. Is this happening for anyone else? I've tried going into excel (using the desktop app) and running one of the scripts that my flows run and those don't work either. If I click into them, the run button is faded out so I can't click on it.

@TB-14081552-0 I just had a flow successfully run, which involved calling an office script. You might have success with saving and running scripts now.

In that thread I recommended opening a ticket with Microsoft to make them aware of this emerging issue.

I have been getting the "unable to access DSApi" error intermittently on a flow all morning. I have two scripts in the flow, and the first one in order that keeps erroring out is one that has not been modified and has run successfully multiple times.

The second script is under development and I have had repeated issues trying to save it through Excel Online. Keep getting unable to save errors even though when I reopen the excel file it always seems to be updated.

I am also having issues deleting the modified files in OneDrive, not sure if it is a storage issue or if the failing flows are locking the files.

So, I don't think you are the only one.
