We have a chat integration build through copilot studio. It worked pretty stable the last couple of months and today (19th of Sept 2025), all of sudden it's just not working. It randomly works, but approximately 70% of the time fails with SystemErrors.
These are all use cases and scenarios we've tested soo many times and no changes were done to them overnight, so it seems to be something internal with Copilot Studio.
Is there a way to check this? Is there any status page page to view things?
We utilize this bot from MS teams and from the Botframework and both of them are having the same issues (randomly). The sample error:

1) many changes have been made to the back end since September and you are most likely facing them.
2) you may need to republish all your agents
However, I really believe you should open a ticket, or its possible the issue is resolved by now?
