I have an AI Builder model to extract information from pdfs. This is a custom model that uses general documents. It contains 2 collections, and each collection has 20 documents for tagging and training. Lately, whenever I make any changes to the model (like deleting some training files and adding some other files in their places) and retrain it, it is getting stuck. It shows the following error:

NEEDS ATTENTION and retrain the model.

Are you seeing only this error, or are there other issues as well? It would be really helpful if you could provide a screenshot of the error—it makes troubleshooting much easier.

If you want to debug it yourself, you can use the Network tab in your browser’s developer tools to monitor the request and response. Here’s how:

Steps to use Network Monitor

Open your app in the browser.

Press F12 (or right-click → Inspect) to open Developer Tools.

Go to the Network tab.

Perform the action in your AI builder that triggers the error.

Look for requests highlighted in red or 400—these are failed requests.
