I am unable to change the security option to "No Authentication". All I get is a very generic message which is not helping with troubleshooting the issue.
most organisation apply the copilot studio DLP parameter to refuse to allow anonymous Copilot studio. if it don't work, it's admin security : dlp, security or something else.
Please try again; maybe Copilot Studio was having some issues at that time.
