Hi Team,

I have successfully integrated the MCS agent into our custom website using the iframe code snippet. However, I am looking for ways to customize the UI of the embedded agent to better align with our website’s design.

I have already explored options through the iframe approach, but it appears that customization is limited or not possible this way. Could you please advise if there are any supported methods or alternative approaches to customize the UI of the MCS agent within a custom website?
