I can't publish my agent in Teams for my organization

I created an agent that works fine with a Sharepoint folder as Resources. I went to the Channels section and selected the Teams channel. I authorized a list of users. I then have a link to send. People who click on this link land on the agent, but it doesn't work. The message it displays is an old message that no longer exists in the editable version. I published my agent several times and waited 48 hours.
Furthermore, authorized users can't find the agent in the Teams apps, even though I think I was able to install it.
Can you help me and give me the correct procedure for publishing my agent in my organization's Teams app store?

I can't publish my agent in Teams for my organization
    Hi,

The issue you're facing with publishing your agent in Microsoft Teams likely stems from a combination of publishing workflow and administrative permissions. Here are a few key points to verify:

    1. **Publishing and Approval in Teams Admin Center**
Even if you've published the agent in Copilot Studio, it must also be approved and published in the **Teams Admin Center** by a **Teams Tenant Admin**. Without this step, the app may not appear in the Teams app store for your organization.

    2. **App Version and Caching**
If users are seeing outdated content, it's possible that:
       - The latest version of the agent hasn't been approved or deployed in Teams.
       - Teams is caching an older version of the app. Try clearing the Teams cache or accessing the app from a different device/browser to confirm.

    3. **App Visibility and Permissions**
In the **Teams Admin Center**, under **Teams apps > Manage apps**, ensure:
       - The app is listed and marked as **Allowed**.
       - The app is **published to the organization’s app catalog**.
       - The users or security groups are correctly assigned under **Permission policies**.

    4. **Installation and Access**
After publishing, users may still need to manually install the app from the Teams app store unless it’s pushed via policy. You can also verify installation status under **Teams apps > Setup policies**.

For detailed steps, refer to the official Microsoft documentation on publishing custom apps in Teams.

    Thanks and best regards,
    Daniele

@Michael E. Gernaey Thank you very much for your reply. I'm not the Tenant Admin.

I have forwarded your message to my admin. This is what he wrote to me.

I just logged into the tenant using the procedure described in the forum; there are no applications or agents awaiting validation.
Perhaps you should clarify on the Microsoft forum that you created it with Copilot Studio and shared it within the organization without being a tenant admin?
We must be missing something, but I don't know what.

Do you have any ideas to help us? Thank you.

    Are you the Tenant Admin?

Have you gone into the Teams Admin Portal and Published it?

I would have to get a few more details to really understand exactly what you are doing as your picture isn't showing up.

As for it showing the old information, its possible the update itself hasn't been approved and published, what is your ALM for Agents? Who approves them being published to the Organization?

As an example I go to

I click on Teams apps in the navigation

If you go to Manage Apps, do you see your app, do you see a request to approve to publish it?

If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

You may need to just push pictures into your post not attach. Also if you can do a short video (as long as you dont show any inside information etc) it would help too

    Thank you!
    Sincerely, Michael Gernaey
