I want to add an image to a chatbot/agent. We have done this before using a URL pointing to the image on Flickr. This approach no longer works. The images do not appear in the messages as they used to.

Unfortunately, it doesn't matter where I put the image. No matter what URL I use (Sharepoint, etc.) the image still won't appear. But it did last week....

Someone else had indicated that they were having a problem accessing images in Flickr (Don't know if it was resolved)
Check to see if it works with an image in OneDrive, SharePoint or some other generally accessible website.
