Errors on Installing Document Processor (preview) in Copilot Studio

Hello all,
 
I was wondering if anyone has run into issues installing the Document Processor (preview) on Copilot Studio. I keep on getting one of the 2 following errors:
 
Request failed with status code 403 / Request failed with status code 401
 
The user is an admin user on the environment I'm installing on (sysadmin, environment maker, bot author, bot contributor). Has anyone run into this issue, and were you able to resolve it? Any help from experience would be greatly appreciated. Attached a screenshot of the failure of the installation that keeps happening.

    @NH-01090948-0 to answer the question about other product : the main existence of this product was strange  : it was "just an agent" with ai builder document processing inside. You could achieve exactly the same with AI Builder document processing tool and use it inside an agent manually.
     
    Since AI Builder prompt can process document too, the whole existence is subject to debate. 
     
    but i can understand that there case when you need to train the document processing.

    @demzem I just got a similar response from MS today, confirmed that the product has been deprecated.
     
    We have engaged our product team regarding this matter, and they have shared important context. Due to a recent organizational restructuring and shifting priorities across both our team and engineering, the decision was made to focus on other strategic initiatives. As a result, the Document Processor will not proceed to General Availability (GA).

    Please note that the agent reached its end of life on September 30, 2025, and this update was communicated via the Message Center starting September 15, 2025, in accordance with the standard 15-day notification window for features in public preview.
     
    Hopefully an alternative comes up (i.e. the agent flows integration you mention), would be great to know if anyone's processing documents using a different MSFT product!

    we had a response from MS!
     

    According to the product owners, this product has been deprecated since 30th September, and it was communicated on 15th September in the message center. I'll check if the communication is still there and share it with you. 

     

    i cant see it in MAC MC at all, i think they may have moved it into a function in the agent (flow) will test⁠, but if anyone else already knows, please drop a reply 🙏

    i have the same question, i tried to deploy on few environnement and it crashed on 2 of the 3, no clues why.
