Our main agent that utilizes orchestration to pull from our sub agents suddenly does not work.

None of our core functionalities, orchestration, MCP or dataverse are working.

When starting the agent in studio it returns this error message:

Something unexpected happened. We're looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: f5ce572d-016c-4671-a8b2-00c27b6753ba. Time (UTC): 10/9/2025 6:55:54 AM.

Nothing else is indicating errors.

We've tried deleting and re-import all agents, MCP's and tools, but none has solved the issue.

Is there an underlying Microsoft server issue currently?

I cannot say for sure this is it, but there are changes that I have seen impacting other agent to agent calls.

that and there is a microsoft outage / issue with authentication in different parts of the world. I do not know if you are impacted by that or these 2 but it would make sense as its a similar issue to others posting in the forums. Its sort of a wait and see atm.

I would open a ticket with Microsoft via the admin asap
