I don’t see any tables available to me when connecting to Dataverse in Power BI, even though I have verified I am logged into the data source using my Power Up credentials (as per Cohort FAQ #15). I have tried the Windows Store as well as downloadable/installable versions of Power BI.
I experienced the same issue but I had also difficulties to use my learn account and connect to the learn dataverse tables. So, I changed my account in the Power Bi desktop application (right top corner). And, since dataverse connector was only listing professional power platform environments, I used the legacy Common Data Service connector providing my learn server URL (check for the syntax). This URL could be find in the Power Apps platform, Settings>Developer resources.
Hello @jweagan
I am experiencing the same issue. Did you find a solution for this?
In case anyone else gets this, I believe it is related to my other MS account being in the GCC cloud. Even though I could log into Power BI and the data source with the Power Up credentials, it still looked to be connecting to the government URL for the service.
After messing with some registry settings (in my case to direct Power BI away from GCC), I could get the Dataverse data sources to show. However, I could no longer log into the app itself with my Power Up credentials.
At this point, I'm using another PC that does not have any other MS applications using my GCC account as a workaround.
