Hello everyone,

I am having a problem converting an XLSX file stored on SharePoint to PDF using the CloudMersive connector.

The problem arose overnight for no apparent reason:

The connector looped infinitely with the status “BadGateway”

I isolated the connector in a test flow and got a “clearer” error:

"error": {
            "code"502,
            "source""flow-apim-europe-001-northeurope-01.azure-apim.net",
            "clientRequestId""ec75c86a-2b3c-4b7c-8aee-3508f77ca610",
            "message""The response is not in a JSON format.",
            "innerError""Unable to process input document.  Please ensure that this is a valid Excel XLSX."
        }

I still had time to do some research and run lots of tests since last week.

The source Excel file is indeed valid.
On the CloudMersive side, I haven't noticed any problems with usage, API, etc.
I suspected integrity issues at Microsoft (some of which do indeed impact SharePoint), but I need the community's opinion to confirm whether or not that is the source of my problem.

    Curious.. are you able to use the other convert to PDF actions. You should be able to toss it in Onedrive and use that one for instance.

    Just curious.
