Dear all,
I have an AI Model of the ‘Document Processing / Fixed template documents’ type that contains 6 collections with around 10 documents each. This model has been working correctly for months.
A few days ago, I wanted to update the model, but every time I run ‘Training,’ I get the error message ‘Training failed and the model cannot be used’ (see screenshot).
I have tried many different models, documents, and configurations, but I encounter this error every time I train a model that contains more than one collection of documents. This error is systematic.
The error message is not detailed enough to provide any clues for analysis.

This analysis does not seem to correspond to my case. I also have the same problem when creating a new template with new documents (e.g. simply 2 collections with 5 documents).
