integrate GLPI with Power Automate using webhook

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to integrate GLPI 10 ticketing software with Power Automate, but every time I send a webhook from it through GLPI, Power Automate returns the error below:

{"code":"DirectApiAuthorizationRequired","message":"The request must be authenticated only by Shared Access scheme."}}, curl_error , curl_errno 0

I used the same URL generated by Power Automate in Postman and in Webhook.site it worked normally.

In GLPI in the Webhook configuration I tried to pass the user and password that has access to Power Automate via post to try to communicate, but without success.

I also tried to use basic authentication, but without success.

I wanted to send it directly to Power Automate without needing another service to receive the webhooks and forward them.

Is there any way to get around this "authenticated only by Shared Access scheme"?

I thank everyone in advance for their attention.

integrate GLPI with Power Automate using webhook
    Hello Michael,
Yes, I can. I am attaching a printout of the flow I created, very simple, just to test the solution in order to receive the webhook.
This is the link to the webhook that was generated in Power Automate.
This is the URL that I set in the GLPI configuration to send every time a new ticket is opened.
    https://prod-xxx.westus.logic.azure.com:443/workflows/xxxxxxxxxxxx/triggers/manual/paths/invoke?api-version=2016-06-01&sp=%2Ftriggers%2Fmanual%2Frun&sv=1.0&sig=sm9XJ00SgsUZ4GIj1f_xPkjcG23iNGePp2hsKvmJIlc
I did not set Authorization in either GLPI or Postman.
I am attaching a screenshot of how the webhook URL was passed.
What I found strange is that I send it to webhook.site and it goes normally.
    Thank you for your attention.

Can you please share the actual code that is making the call? It sounds to me like the proper Header is not there.

Did you make sure to include

    • Authorization: SharedAccessSignature in your call?
    • PostMan etc are smarter, so its not a 1:1 correlation but it is good it works there.
Can you please also verify the Url that that webhook is using (aside from the headers, assuming the above doesn't work) just to make sure

Lastly, you may need to wrap this in Azure APi management, but I am hoping its just a header issue :-)

If this solves your Problem I'd appreciate if you Marked it and maybe a like :-)

    Please feel free to send
