Document automation base kit not running

Hi all

We have installed the Document automation base kit in our environment, but we are having a running issue. I noticed that the email importer is running and creating a record in the Document Automation Processing Table, with the correct status (Extracting Data) but it's not triggering the next flow "Document Automation Processor" to run.

Any help welcome.

Document automation base kit not running

Dear @DL-29081345-0,

Since the Document Automation base kit is a solution managed by Microsoft, I sugges to raise a ticket with them. According to what I can find, you should be able to do this via the Power Platform Admin center:
