Hi

I hope someone could help me.

I have followed the videos but the guidance is a but different to the look and feel in Copilot Studio.

I have created the Agent and there is an issue with the follow that I am not able to fix. I have used different email addresses and various environments and it is not working? Am I missing something?

Thank you for your help

Thank you for sharing the details and screenshot. The error message in Copilot Studio, "Action 'Create_a_Teams_meeting' failed: The mailbox is either inactive, soft-deleted, or is hosted on-premise," means the flow cannot access the mailbox resources required to create a Teams meeting.

Here are some steps to resolve this issue:
    • Ensure the email address being used belongs to an active, cloud-hosted Microsoft 365 mailbox and not an on-premises Exchange mailbox.
    • Check that the user whose mailbox is being accessed is not disabled, blocked, or soft-deleted in Azure AD or Exchange.
    • Verify correct permissions—make sure the app registration or connection in Copilot Studio has access to the mailbox and calendar APIs.
    • Try with a different account confirmed to be cloud-hosted and active to rule out account-specific problems.
    • If your tenant uses hybrid mailboxes (Exchange on-prem & Exchange Online), only mailboxes fully migrated to Microsoft 365 can be used in Power Automate/Copilot Studio flows.
If you have already tried different environments and email addresses, confirm with your IT admin that those accounts are fully provisioned in cloud Exchange and have the required licenses.

    Best regards,
    Jerald Felix
