I get a " Sign into M365 " error - disallowing me form watching the training videos . I have cleared history and chace

Hi @CU10101353-0

So I see that happen at times, you did not show an error (per se) you showed that it was asking you to login again, which you can click and login and it should work.

Can you show the error when you click it and sign in again and it doesn't show up?

or if you click it and sign in does it show up (it does for me when that happens).

Once the message is clicked to "sign in: , it goes to a next screen that shows me as being signed in already , see attached

Hi @Corné

So for me, (not that it helps you I am only explaining as I just noticed you are on MAC).

1. My page will load and I get asked to relogin in the Video part

2. I click signin and it pops up and I log in

3. usually it goes right back to the page and the video finally shows up.

I believe you are showing that for you that is not happening...

Have you had a chance to try incognito or private and clear you cache?

Probably but just asking.

I have an idea also, I can send you a link directly to the video... (which would be as if I popped it out) and see if you can log in.

Correct , it is not happening , it shows "signed in" but does not play the video -

I am in incognito mode and have cleared the cache

YES - please send me the links directly to the video , Id appreciate it greatly .
