We recently launched the new Power Apps Monitor tool to help you debug and improve the performance of your apps. You can read more about the Monitor in the blog post. As you use the Monitor, we'd love to hear your feedback. What did you find helpful? What additional features could we add to this tool to help you debug your apps better? This community post will be used to consolidate all feedback on the Monitor tool. You can also access this post directly from the "Provide Feedback" link in the Monitor.

    Power Apps Monitor Feedback discussion thread
    Hello! Three main issues so far:

    1. It would be very helpful if we could have the ability to hide columns we are not interested in, or at the very least, remember the widths of columns I set the last time I used the monitor. It is extremely unfortunate to have to immediately resize the columns every time I open the monitor to be able to fit everything on a 1080p screen without scrolling.

    2. Filtering the table does not affect the items count at the bottom of the screen.

    3. The page will crash if you attempt to click on the Properties → Formula tab if the formulaData.script field in the Details pane is blank. The page immediately redirects to "Sorry, there's been a disconnect". Session ID: 055ffe50-bf0a-11ef-9fa1-73d94ea79c92. Example:
    {
      "status": null,

    I also face the same issue as other users who can't see any captured activity in Monitor when debugging with mobile device. However, I managed to success by performing the following steps (I am not sure if all of them are mandatory but I think it's better to do all of them):

    1) I turned on "Debug published apps" in Canvas App settings (Located in General section)
    2) I turned on "Allow remote debugging" in Power apps Mobile settings
    3) In my device settings (Android, Pixel 8) in Application section, I chose Power apps Mobile and selected all suggested links in the "Open by default" section
    4) I closed all apps
    5) I started Monitor session and scanned QR-code
    6) When the App was opened in Debug mode, I had to wait 20-30 minutes to see the activity captured by Monitor

    I hope it will help. However I do not think that this is a normal behaviour for the Monitor

    Monitoring session does not react to modern button control. Is that known issue?

    Re: Power Apps Monitor Feedback discussion thread

    No, it still doesn't seem to work.

    If I open the Monitor from the edit, to get the "Studio session", the "Copy link" button is grayed out -> no way to open a debugging session in a mobile device.

    If I publish the app (and I have the setting "Allow published app to be debugged" toggled on)  and open the Monitor from the list of apps, the button "Copy monitor link" is now enabled and I can scan the QR code. This opens the browser first and the Power Apps in my mobile device. Power App notifies me that this is a Monitoring session, so it seems to be connected - but nothing appears in the Monitor, not one single entry.

    @AnttiKurenniemi Are you still seeing an issue monitoring mobile apps via the QR code? This appears to be working for me now...

    I apologize, I don't have a good estimate on when this will be resolved, but I know that the engineers are investigating this issue this week.

    Thanks @jasontreMSFT . We are having issues with an app that uses NFC and need to be able to debug on mobile to investigate further. Do you have a rough idea of when debugging mobile devices will be available again?
