It's a long standing (and infuriating) limitation for on-prem SQL Server.  Use a stored Procedure call instead.

    A stored procedure meaning what?

In your SQL Server database create a stored procedure containing your query . Then call that from Power Automate

That will avoid the error message.

There is no option to use a stored procedure, only table.

"Update Row"  is the wrong action.  Create a stored procedure that runs UPDATE statements in your SQL server. Then use the "Run a stored procedure"  action.
