Published agent does not work well

I created an agent in Copilot Studio called ABC-Agent using the account name.employee.1@company.name.com with the following conditions:
A. Action Tools:
(1) Send an email (V2)
(2) Create a Microsoft Word document with the given content
B. Agents: Fabric Data Agent
This Fabric Data Agent acts as the MCP and knowledge source. I have published ABC-Agent to the Teams channel and m365copilot. The agent will be used by the following users:
(1) name.employee.2@company.name.com
(2) name.employee.3@company.name.com
(3) name.employee.4@company.name.com
All three users must have access to all information in ABC-Agent (including access to the Fabric Data Agent and action tools). when I try ABC-Agent in teams using the account name.employee.1@company.name.com everything runs very well, but why when I try ABC-Agent in teams using the account name.employee.2@company.name.com, why does it fail? it seems the agent cannot access the Fabric Data Agent so it always returns the result of not available or has no data. how to solve this?

Without seeing the Tools and their configuration as well as the MCP Server configuration its tough to say.

The agent itself is going to run in the context of those users. They may have access to the Agent, but are you certain they have access to the Back end (aka Fabric?)

If you look at the data you are attaching the Agent too via your knowledge sources and tools, have you verified that the user, who will then be the one (most likely in standard configurations) for whom the queries etc work for.

Unless you have setup on-behalf app delegation? Which you didn't mention. So therefor I would have to assume the users do not have access to the knowledge sources themselves.

Can you share what your connectors and tools actions are configured to run as?

So, I have two tenants. tenant A and tenant B. I made an agent in tenant B. I made a Fabric Data Agent also in tenant B. but my account is in tenant A. So, when I open my teams I use myname_tenantA.com#EXT#@tenantB.onmicrosoft.com. How to make my original teams myname@tenantA.com can access the agent?

    Thanks

    hello

Since user are in two different tenant, they are two different user probably i m not sure but i think "cross tenant" is not supported since the identity from the team is used and will not be the same user in the other tenant ?
