This solution showed up in our managed PROD environment, but not in DEV or QA. It came in on November 5th, and this may not be related, but we started having issues with all instant or triggered from Power Apps Flows at that time (if creating new, could not save, it said it had no GUID, or if promoting to PROD new versions of Flows, they would run the previous version). Flows in DEV and QA were fine.
I can't seem to find any info on this component collection, and its Publisher is Default Publisher for CITTest. The owner of the components inside the solution show as SYSTEM.
Does anyone know what this is and why it dropped only into our PROD?
