Issue with Date Handling in Power Automate Flow

Goodmorning all,

I wanted to share a technical issue I’ve encountered while working on a Power Automate flow that connects Microsoft Forms with the Outlook calendar. The flow itself is functioning — it successfully creates calendar events based on form submissions — but the date handling isn’t working as expected.

Specifically, the date entered in the form is not correctly reflected in the Outlook calendar. For example, if I submit a form for an event on **25 November 2025**, the calendar entry is created for **today’s date, 19 November 2025**, instead of the intended date.

While the automation setup seems correct, the date mismatch is proving to be a challenge.

If you have any suggestions or insights, I’d really appreciate your input.

With kind regards,

Danielle van Meel

    Zeker,

Hierbij het deel van de datum in het formulier

En hierbij het deel van de stroom:

I suggest putting a compose Action after each step that manipulates the date and putting the output of the previous step as its input to get where the date is getting the incorrct value.

    I hope this helps!
