Hi I have a few questions I would like to get clarification for

1) Any way to get our agent to access intune
2) Why is it that the agent gives me different answers sometimes

There is already a prebuilt Copilot for Intune. Have a read here -
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/intune-service/copilot/copilot-intune-overview

2)
Here are some tips to help with answer accuracy and consistency -

Instructions -
List detailed instructions that the agent must perform
Also give it instructions to what NOT to do

Knowledge

Turn off Web Search so your agent cant search public websites for answers.

Topics
Go into the Conversational Boosting topic, click the 3 dots next to create generative answers, then click properties, turn off 'allow the AI to use its own general knowledge'.
