So today I was building an agent and when I added my trigger (this time for Forms), it told me my connection was bad.. nice big red circle.
Initially when I hovered over it, it told me the JSON was invalid. Yes a very strange error, but I assumed it was the metadata was messed up and no big deal, still weird.
So I kept trying to "fix it" by logging in again, hovering over, the message kept changing until finally I got annoyed and snapped this last one.
So then I said create a new connection reference. Same problem over and over. Ok no problem.
I finally went to my PowerApps.Com home page, clicked More... Connections and fixed them there. Then went back into the agent, clicked cancel.
And started the process of adding my trigger over again and now from the below.

I want to note that the connections I had were VALID and already being used. It wasn't until I added a trigger to a new Copilot that all of a sudden every single one of my Forms connections broke.
So, if this happens to you, don't keep creating new ones. Just Cancel out, go to Connections, fix it there. Go back to CoPilot and it should be resolved.
The fact that you cannot resolve it here, which you can when importing solutions etc etc.. is just another oddity but easily overcome.
