I have built a really simple flow to process an email and forward it to one of two places based on the postcode. This is simply if the postcode is in Scotland it goes to A and if not it goes to B (so England or Wales). In testing it worked absolutley fine, so put it live. The very first email it processed it took a postcode for Stockton in England and classified it as Scotland. I have ran that prompt through the Prompt creator and every time it's England. I have tried it in copilot directly and same outcome.
If I then retry the email I get Scotland every time.
Its a one off, but dented trust straight away. Anyone have any suggestions?
