"No information was found that could help answer this"

I am trying to create an agent to analyze some contracts. I separated the knowledge into 2 parts: the contract and a folder with the amendments, and even with instructions and basic questions, the chat always cancels the message generation and returns this: "No information was found that could help answer this."

Does anyone know what could be causing this? I am using GPT-5.

    Its a little hard to say without seeing your agent, your knowledge sources, your instructions and the questions.
     
    It would be interesting to see your activities tab as well as you are testing this.
     
    There are many reasons why you could be having this issue so would need to see more details to truly help.

    • Which knowledge sources did you connect? (SharePoint, OneDrive, uploaded files, Dataverse, etc.)
    • Were the contract and amendments added as separate knowledge sources, or as files inside one folder?
    • Did you configure any topics or triggers?
