Drop down field not Overriding

Hi All,
 
Am moving solution from One Environment to another which contains Drop Down Field. I added a new value from Source, i exported the solution from One Environment to another Environment and i cannot see that new values.
I tried Publishing the solution before and after export too. Any help is appreciated.
