Our organization have four apps in PowerApps:
- App1 (5 users)
- App2 (5 users)
- App3 (5 users)
- App4 (5 users)
All of these apps currently use Dataverse as a data source and are charged under the Pay-as-you-go model. I also use Power Automate Premium actions since we're using Dataverse.
My questions are:
- Can you explain how Microsoft calculates the charges?
- Some users are shared across multiple apps. If I merge App1 with App2, and also merge App3 with App4, will our monthly costs go down?
