Blob Folder Access

Hello,

I got service principal for the blob from our IT which has reader and contributor access for my account. However, I am still not able to access the folder inside the storage account.

Our blob storage is on EastUS region. Could cross region cause an issue? Can we change Power Automate region or what could possible issue with this? Our IT is looking for App ID. However, I did provide that the environment ID and Flow ID - https://make.powerautomate.com/environments/Default-c6b6caf6-be06-4f0b-9273-394412dc2ab7/flows/ccfa73ed-78f5-471e-90b1-490b668a5033?v3=false. However, can't find the App ID (is it even possible?).
