I'm struggling to find any information or examples of how to pass data from a Customer Portal webpage to my Copilot Agent.
The Agent is included in a Dynamics 365 Omnichannel Live Chat that sits on the Customer Portal. The Customer logs in to the Portal with credentials like email and name. I want to take the email and name and use it in the Agent. For example have a greeting like: Hi [customer name] and so on.
Can anyone point me to an example or give me some information how to do this? The examples that I have seen so far doesn't take into account that the Agent is embedded in the Live Chat.
