ServiceNow Connector - Microsoft Entra ID OAuth Using Certificate

I am trying to use the ServiceNow connector within Copilot Studio but I am having difficulties establishing a connection using Microsoft Entra ID OAuth Using Certificate. I am wanting to use this method for authentication as this is the only shareable connection among the four methods (see: ServiceNow - Connectors | Microsoft Learn). There is little-to-no information on this topic. I am wanting to use this method within my Copilot agent to be able to create and retrieve tickets in Microsoft Teams - opening a user session in ServiceNow. I will attach a screenshot of the fields the connector requires. If anyone could provide detailed step-by-step instructions as to how to establish this connection using this authentication method both on the Azure side and the ServiceNow side, that would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, guidance on how to locate or configure the application ID URL in ServiceNow for Azure integration would also be very helpful.

@Matthias PPS I have checked out this article. However, they are using Basic Authentication and OAuth2 within ServiceNow. Microsoft Entra ID OAuth Using Certificate is a different process as it has to go through Azure and then ServiceNow and has been more difficult in setting up.

I assume the authentication should be the same for Copilot Studio.
