Hello, The attachments that i add to the PowerApps Personnel Security Intake Form are not showing up for the reviewers. This issue is only happening for myself at the Atlanta (508) station. Please assist.

Sounds like a permission issue - you need to check that the reviewers have the appropriate permissions on wherever the attachments are stored.

Thank you for the response. If it was a permission issue, wouldn't all the documents not show up? I am attaching 2 documents one is going through and the other is Not.
