Error when publishing Model Driven app

Hello, I came here because I have no idea what is the issue, since I added a table and removed it, I have this error when I try to make a publication (I'm on the classic experience because I have no message in the new one).
I tried solutions I found on internet, like log out or clear the cache, it's not working.
Seems to be linked with the navigation the message is triggered when i open this:

I can't save or publish my modification, the app is stuck and I don't know how to patch it, I checked the app references bu I see nothing unusual
Thank you very much for you help.

Best regards,
Djilali.

Error when publishing Model Driven app
    Hi @djidji,
This usually happens when the references are still present in the xml. I can recommend you 2 path

Path 1: Fixing the app designer.
    • Open your Model-driven app
    • Open the Navigation (Sitemap) panel on the left.
    • Carefully inspect each area, group, and subarea. Look for blank, empty, or “Unknown” items (these are orphaned references to deleted tables or views).
    • Delete those items.
    • Click Save → Publish.
Path 2: Manually Clear the XML
    • Export the App along with Sitemap in an unmanaged solution
    • Locate the file customizations.xml in the downloaded zip file
    • Search for your app by its name or unique name (e.g., <AppModule ...> tag)
    • Inside the <SiteMap> element, look for <SubArea> nodes pointing to tables that no longer exist (you’ll see GUIDs or names that don’t match current tables).
    • Delete those <SubArea> entries.
    • Save the XML, zip the folder back, and reimport it as an unmanaged solution.

If any of the solution works do mark this as answered.

I restaured the environment in a new environment with an older version of the solution and I tried to update the solution in my dev with the older version but it does not patch the issue,

Sorry I edit my message I havent found any wrong reference in the xlm, nothing concerning in the site map

Each time I go to the model driven app the save button is activated as if I made modifications, event after having imported the old version

Error when publishing Model Driven app
I removed everything with the classic experience yesterday still got the error, the new site map once everything removed:
    <SiteMap IntroducedVersion="7.0.0.0"><Area Id="NewArea_5bb36601" ResourceId="SitemapDesigner.NewArea" ShowGroups="false"><Group Id="NewGroup_7e327f4d" ResourceId="SitemapDesigner.NewGroup" IsProfile="false" ToolTipResourseId="SitemapDesigner.Unknown"><SubArea Id="NewSubArea_fea76db38" ResourceId="SitemapDesigner.NewSubArea" Url="https://" Client="All,Outlook,OutlookLaptopClient,OutlookWorkstationClient,Web" AvailableOffline="true" PassParams="false" Sku="All,OnPremise,Live,SPLA" /></Group></Area></SiteMap>

I was about to say it's still not working as I tried a lot of time yesterday but this morning it magically came back to normal I was able to save, so I don't know what was the error, maybe in the side of the server as I had some weird behaviour when it was loading and it was not about the pc as I tried on two different one.

I have imported an older version of the solution and I was able to find again practically all the elements I removed from the app.
Hopefully it will never happen again, everything seems to have came back to normal,

    Have a good day,
    Best regards.

    Djilali.
