How to be able to monitor the application

For a canvas app, some users have some performance problems.

I put them as co-owner of the app but they cannot monitor the application, the "Play published app" button is not visible.

They have a Environment maker role for this environment.

How can they achieve that, so I can see with them which actions take time.
I have the same question (0)

You should not add users as Owners of the app just for testing purposes.
Instead, there is a specific and safer way to test an app with users by using Live Monitor in Power Apps.

In the attached screenshot, I’ve shown the three options available for connecting a user to a Live Monitor session.
    Follow the steps below:
    1. Open Power Apps and go to Apps from the left-hand panel.
    2. Find the app you want to test, click the three dots (…), and select Details.
    3. In App details option, choose Live Monitor.
    4. Once the session starts, you’ll see several options appear on the right-hand side of the screen (as shown in the attachment).
    5. From here, you can:
      • Invite a user to the session, or
      • Connect to a user by copying and sharing the Live Monitoring link with them.
After the user opens and interacts with the app, their session details will automatically appear in your Live Monitor view, allowing you to observe and troubleshoot their activity in real time.
