🔍 What Is This Action, Really?
The “Send me a mobile notification” action is part of Power Automate’s Notifications connector, designed to send a push notification to your mobile device, via the Power Automate mobile app.
✅ Capabilities:
- Sends notification only to the signed-in user of the flow
- Delivers a push to the Power Automate mobile app (iOS or Android)
- Accepts optional link and label
- Requires no additional permissions or app registration
❌ Hard Limitation:
It cannot notify any other user — not your manager, not the form submitter, not a SharePoint creator. Just you.
This makes it non-scalable and unsuitable for collaborative scenarios.
