The loans table does not exist on the creating flow as per course - anyone has experienced that?

I feel if you search this is the #1 question asked over and over.

Make sure you are in the right environment when building the flow. Make sure you created it. Make sure you published all customizations, and then reload your flow.

thanks @timl and @Michael E. Gernaey I have tried to refresh the customizations, but that did not work - still shows as loans table not found

I wonder if I am in the correct enviroment - I have attached some screenshots - anyhelp would be very usefull thanks!
