Bot erroring out in Team's meeting group all the time

I created a BOT and added some 10 documents into the knowledge base. The bot worked fine for about two weeks and then suddenly started giving following error: The bot is added in a teams meeting which has about 900 people who attend the meeting every month or so.

The same bot works in a teams channel with smaller number of people.

Can someone please help with this error?

Hi Michael,

I have a bot with local knowledge store in terms of some local files. The bot is simply required to answer questions on these documents which have been uploaded one by one in to the knowledge base (attached screen shot)

There are no tools only a couple of topics for greetings and thank you.

I go to channels and click on see agent in teams. then I select the teams meeting that I want to add this bot to and as soon as bot gets added it gives following error:

there is no other log that I can see anywhere.

after this point, any question we ask the bot results in similar error.

Hi @PM-31071702-0

It would really help to understand what the Agent is even doing. The log hasn't come through but even if it did, we need to know what your bot is doing, how its configured, what the tools are doing etc.

It could be a wide range of issues.

Also note: big hard red colors on top of black is nearly impossible to read.
