Hi,

Am looking send an email to owners of open actions that have a target date of less than or equal to today (Today in this example is 17/10/2024).

Data
Project Target Date Status Owner Details Email Sent
Alpha 16/10/2024 Open Jim Build Server No
Beta 17/10/2024 Open Clare Build Firewall No
Alpha 21/10/2024 Open Fred Test App No
Charlie 23/10/2024 Open Clare Deploy App No
Delta 16/10/2024 Closed Jim Complete UAT No

I have a Get ItemsFilter Array and Condition actions working as they should and an action to change the Email Sent value to “Yes” after the routine has completed to stop it resending the mail the following day(s).

What I want …

Fred receives:
Project: Alpha
Target Date: 16/10/2024
Details: Build Server

Clare receives
Project: Beta
Target Date: 17/10/2024
Details: Build Firewall

What I’m getting …
Fred and Clare both receive
Project: Alpha Beta
Target Date: 16/10/2024 17/10/2024
Details: Build Server Build Firewall

Re: attached
Action:  Select Row-Details
From:    body(‘Filter_array’)
Map:     concat('<td>',item()?['Project'],'</td>')
... similar for Project and Details fields

Compose Table Vertical
Join Function on line 2
join(body('Select_Row-Project'),'')
similar on lines 3 and 4.

Am fairly sure that the problem lies in the Compose Table Vertical action but would appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks in advance
